Maintenance Program
Deep Scrub and Recoat
  1. Sweep floor with untreated dust mop.
  2. Apply concentrated neutral cleaner to floor
  3. Let solution dwell for 10 minutes.
  4. Machine Scrub with green or deep blue scrub pad.
  5. Remove solutions with auto scrubber or wet vacuum
  6. Rinse floor with cold water.
  7. Detail corners, edges, under displays and shelving.
  8. Recoat floor with 2 coats of floor finish.
Floor Stripping and Refinish
  1. Sweep floor with untreated dust mop.
  2. Apply stripping solution liberally to floor and allow to dwell up to 10 minutes.
  3. Agitate solution with propane or electric stripping equipment.
  4. Clean edges and corners with scraper and doodle bug edger.
  5. Pick up stripping solution with wet vacuum.
  6. Rinse floor with clean cold water with mop or auto scrubber.
  7. Recoat floor with 5 coats of floor finish.
Routine Resilient Floor Maintenance Procedures
  1. Sweep soil away from outside entrances.
  2. Clean and disinfect tile surfaces in bathrooms.
  3. Clean breakroom floors.
  4. Clean office area floors.
  5. Dust mop/vacuum/mop behind and all displays and under counters.
  6. Wipe down baseboards, detail edges/corners
  7. Clean outside and inside floor mats.
  8. Sweep floor with untreated dust mop and remove debris, gum and stickers.
  9. Auto-scrub/mop entire floor with neutral cleaner/ enhancer.
  10. Burnish floor with ultra high speed propane burnisher.
